Data Deletion Instructions
You can have the data we hold about you deleted at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: Remove the app in Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings and Privacy, then Settings.
- Choose Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations if you connected through a business account).
- Find Audience Revenue and select Remove.
Removing the app revokes our access and sends us a deletion request from Meta. We delete the platform data and access tokens associated with your account within 30 days.
Option 2: Ask us directly
Send a request through the contact form with the subject "Data deletion", or call +1 323-823-0539. Include the name and email address you used with us, and, for the app, the Facebook Page or ad account you connected, so we can find your records.
We will confirm receipt, verify that the request comes from you, delete the data, and confirm completion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information received from Meta and the identifiers Meta assigned to you for our app.
- Access tokens and the list of Pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts you connected.
- Content drafts and performance data we stored for your account.
- Contact form messages and related correspondence, if you ask for those too.
We may keep a minimal record of the deletion itself, and any information we are required by law to retain, such as invoices.
