Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026.

These terms govern your use of the audiencerevenue.com website and the Audience Revenue application (the "Services") provided by Audience Revenue LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

1. Using the Services

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the offers, product information, brand assets, and other material you provide. You give us a license to use that material to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you provide and for the accuracy of claims in the content you approve for publication.

3. Generated content and review

The Services use AI models to produce copy and imagery. Generated content can contain errors. The Services include proofing steps, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, including for regulatory and platform compliance. We do not guarantee any advertising result.

4. Meta platforms

The app acts on your connected Meta assets only with the permissions you grant and only as you direct. You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings. We are not affiliated with Meta, and Meta's terms apply to your use of its platforms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to produce or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates platform policies; to access accounts you are not authorized to manage; or to interfere with the Services or other users.

6. Our property

The Services, including software, prompts, workflows, and designs, belong to Audience Revenue LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of it to you beyond the right to use the Services.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and disconnect the app in Facebook. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. Sections 2, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
